10 tips on how to profiteer your blog

Are you still blogging for fun? Do you still have problems blogging for cash? I have good news for you—it's time you reward your creative effort with some extra cash. Gone are the days when people blog for the fun of it, because blogging is now serious business.


Over the years blogging and blogs have become a great way of generating income on the Internet. I have read about great bloggers that have made seven figures of pure profit from their blogging empire. The truth is that what they are doing to make this kind of money is what you too can do. It’s not rocket science, so if you have been thinking of monetizing your blog then now is the best time to do it.


All blogs that are designed to make money must be designed to make profit. You should consider this steps if you are into out-sourcing most of the jobs on your blog. This will help you to strike that balance between your expenses and your profit and more of what you need to do to monetize your blog.

1. Go to freelance job sites where you can get a lower bid for your work: this way you don't need to spend too much money and in the end you will break even. 3. Trim down the work force, get in there and get your hands dirty: to make profit some times certain measures must be taken this might include trimming down the work force to a manageable size. Pick out the less stressful work and focus on getting them done.

4. Workout a free traffic method that best suite your business: you have to do this one very carefully and strategize your business on it. If you prefer to go with Article marketing then stick with it don’t waste all your money trying every other method out there that promise to over deliver but give you no result.

5. Get softwares that will help to do your work better: if you are buying any software that promise to help improve your work make sure to do proper research on them before you go out and spend your hard earned money. Go to forums such as Warrior forum and ask questions about the software, ask to know if it can do the work you want to use it for. If you are satisfied with the answers you get then go ahead and purchase it.

6. Do away with older versions of softwares you are using and get new and better upgrades.

7. Sell out some of your blog that are not doing too well so that you can concentrate on the ones that are really performing.

8. Upgrade your website or blog Template to a more robust and attractive one with more features.

9. Give out more free offers to attract more people to your list: organize contest and give away gadgets like IPod touch or iPhone and use it to get more people to signup to your list.

10. Conduct interview with big names in the industry and get them to comment on your blog. This will give people the feeling that you are a very important person and they can gain a lot from you when they constantly visit your blog.

Why Should You Get an LCD TV?

What are the advantages of having an LCD TV? Why would you choose this instead of a regular standard definition TV?

One thing that's nice about LCD TVs is that they tend to be slim and compact. For this reason, it's easy to place them in a room without them taking up the whole space! Most LCD TVs come with the ability to add a mounting kit and mount them to the wall. This is not only a space saver, but it also just looks very modern and cool!



When you mount an LCD TV to the wall, you also are able to keep that particular wall free of furniture such as an entertainment center. If you need to have a DVD player and cable box nearby, you can simply mount a small shelf beside or below the TV, rather than having an entire piece of furniture take up all that space!

Another advantage to LCD TVs' smaller size is that they are a bit easier to transport, not only when you're moving but also when you're changing what room you are keeping the LCD TV in. Regular TV's have that big picture tube which makes them much heavier and more bulky.

Last but not least, a major advantage of LCD TV's is that they have a better quality picture than standard TV's. Bear in mind that not all LCD TVs are HDTV's. Ask the merchant where you are purchasing your LCD TV whether that particular model is an HDTV quality television. It may have the same connections as an HDTV but it may not be able to display HD sources in true, perfect HD quality. This will depend on the resolution (dpi) of the particular LCD TV that you purchase.

Clearly, LCD TVs are a great choice. They tend to last a long time, too, and many of them can display your computer's picture in clear quality (and therefore, they can double as a computer monitor)!

Try This Creative Problem Solving Technique

There are many creative problem solving techniques, and each will lead you to different kinds of solutions. One of the simplest, though, is the "add, subtract and change" technique. What follows is a basic explanation of how to use it to generate more creative solutions.

Add

Whatever you are working on, whether a scientific experiment, a business concept, or a personal issue with family, this technique can help. It starts with the simple question, "What can I add to this?" Open your mind up in answering this. If designing a new vehicle for people who love the outdoors, it's easy to imagine things to add; a tent platform on the roof, a skylight for star viewing, windows with screens, etc.

With other problems you will have to think more widely. For example, if you are trying to find a way to travel to India, you may not immediately think of things to "add" to the problem. Money does come to mind, though, and something as seemingly meaningless as "a group of people" might trigger the idea to go free as a guide, or to get a reduced fare for selling a tour to friends. Let a few random thoughts enter here, and see how adding this or that might lead to a new solution.

Subtract

The second step of this creative problem solving technique is also very easy if you are just working on product innovation and invention. What can you take away from a television? How about half of the buttons on the remote, or half the weight? Look at what is there and ask what would happen if you subtracted it (or part of it). The screen? You might have a television receiver that displays through the user's computer screen.

With a business problem, like how to gain more repeat customers for your restaurant, you have to think more broadly. What if you subtract payment? Hmm... Customers order from a "subscribers menu," which includes the fast meal at a set price, billed monthly. They don't have wait for the bill. Subtract the menu? Perhaps for a discount customers would prepay for tokens good for specific meals, to be redeemed anytime. They just hand a token to the host when they walk in, and get their meal fast. Once they prepay, they have to come to your restaurant to redeem the token, thus guaranteeing repeat business.

Change

This is the fun step, where you ask what you can change about the problem or the current situation. If you are looking for a way to increase the value of your home before selling it, you ask what you can change about the home, the way you advertise it, the terms of the sale, and anything else you can think of. But to make your problem solving more creative, get a bit crazy in your questions. For example, ask, "What can I change about the buyer?" This may seem silly at first, but it also might suggest targeting a market with buyers who are willing to pay a bit more.

Look for all the things that might be changed, and all the ways you might change them. As with all problem solving techniques, the idea is to generate as many different ideas as possible. Only afterwards do you look at them more critically to find the good ones.

For example, John had a neighbor with too much junk in his yard. It was lowering the value of his home, and he planned to move in a year or so. He asked what he could change about his approach, where he lived, where the neighbor lived, the junk itself, the view, and so on. Asking about changing where the neighbor lived was not so silly as it first seemed. As it turns out, he was a renter, and wanted to move, but was short on cash. John loaned him a few hundred dollars, figuring that even if he was never repaid he would gain ten times that on the increased sale's price of his own home. That's a creative solution.

What can I add? What can I subtract? What can I change? Just ask these three questions and be open minded in answering them. That is the basis of this simple problem solving technique.
